Dr. Mihail Jalobeanu, is Senior Scientist, WebMaster, and Admin for the LAN Linux servers (head of the Computer&Communication Lab) of the National R&D Institute for Isotopic and Molecular Technologies, as well as Co-President of the Cultural Society POLYGON. Since 1997, until 2001, he organized together with Nic Nistor from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, the annual International meeting called Romanian Internet learning Workshop. At Teacher's House he initiated and coordinates the project called "Internet Learning&Training Center"

Since 2002, he is also working as a Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Informatics, Western University "Vasile Goldis" Arad, teaching Parallel Algorithms and Distributed Computing, Databases, Operating Systems...

Since 2003, organizer of the local e-learning Symposium
